Interim CeoPineville Community Health Center Aug 2019 - Nov 2019Our Healthcare Consulting company, Adminologybay LLC, led the turnaround of a troubled rural hospital in Kentucky. The hospital had been poorly managed for nearly 2 years. They had lost CMS certification and nearly every service had been shut down when we were engaged to lead the turnaround in August of 2019. Within 90 days, we achieved Accreditation of the Hospital, CMS Certification, and restarting basic services, and delivered to the hospital a new and much brighter future to continue serving their community.

I reported to this Board and was the Chief responsible for financial, quality, and statistical performance reporting.
