Mid-range IBM mainframe which processes payroll on a VSE/ESA system that was replaced with Sungard Business Plus on 7/1/15.All other computer functions are on the Sungard Performance Plus microcomputer system.Receiving training on Phonemaster 2000 which is the automated attendance call out systemthat was eliminated on 12/15/14 by Edulink.Current working hours 7am to 3pm.Only handling student data on Sungard Performance Plus when my position is moved on June 16, 2016 during the gradual move of school district headquarters to another location.

Monitored computer systems, created batches, and produced custom reporting.• Created daily and monthly reports for the sales force in the field by using SAP, MS Access, Excel 2007, and PDF files.• Ran monthly batch for about six hours processing time per month to create the final monthly PDF files for the sales force in the field. This contained information on individual sales rep totals, sales totals on each customer account, and the monthly program agreement status on each customer.• Monitored operating systems and reported to development and hardware when required. Performed server reboots when requested unless scheduled on a periodic basis.• Worked the monthly batch required weekend work if the last day of the month fell on a Saturday / Sunday / Holiday.
