I'm a Manager at Accenture, working within the Accenture Strategy Growth Platform on Human Capital Projects. I'm experienced in talent management (strategic and operationalization), strategic workforce amongst other processes and have hands on experience in the oil, mining, public services, products, utilities industries.Lately I have been working on industry specific approaches on the theme Workforce of the Future. This theme mainly focuses on the changes facing workforces related to the digital transformation and the new generational profiles that are emerging.

I'm a Senior Consultant at Accenture and am currently allocated to the Talent & Organization business domain. I participated in several projects (strategic worforce planning, change management, learning and collaboration, process transformation, team management) in different industries (oil, mining, public services, products, utilities, etc.) where I gained valuable expertise that enable me to face a new challenge every day.
