Development of Everstar video game. Used Unity3D, C#, ActionScript. In charge of multiplayer, GUI, AI, audio, in-game cutscenes, game flow, and content creation tools. Heavily involved with other gameplay systems.

Started as a consultant then brought on full-time. Architect and lead engineer for a Java back-end that served events to web, iOS, and Android client applications. Responsibilities included data mining, databases, intelligent real-time matching of users to events, search, HTTP API with legacy support, social networking features, mobile push notifications, personalized marketing emails, distributed and scalable services hosted on Joyent and Amazon Web Services, custom tools, optimization, releases, server administration, maintenance. Lead engineer for a team of seven other back-end engineers and occasionally directed and advised client teams. Trained junior members and performed code reviews. Worked with management, designers and artists.

Senior member of a central specialized online team responsible for large client and server code libraries. Worked with designers and architected new client and server features. Provided support for in-house and remote game teams. Worked with local and remote team members.

Two projects developing end-user telecommunication software. Both client-side, networked with GUI, one using C++ / QT and one using Flash / Actionscript.
