Manage the entire NY Headquarters operation including support for 150 agents. Director of the Global Training Team and created the Training Academy program which are extended courses designed to educate the entire organization's sales force. Responsibilites include SABRE specialist ticketing support, vendor relations, client account management, client VIP services, operational support to NY agents as well as agents throughout the entire organization, Quality Control support to NY agents as well as agents throughout the entire organization. In addition I work with each department in order to bring unity to the operation. At Protravel I took a cruise only office and transformed it into a full service branch, staffed it with employees and independant agents and ran the entire operation including support, vendor relations, trainings, client appreciation nights. In addition I created the agency's branch website for clients to book Business Class and First Class International Travel as well as cruise and tour package bookings.

At Altour in Glen Cove I found the location, negotiated the lease, laid the network, worked with the contractor to create a beautiful 4000 square foot office and staffed it.The office was created based on my personal book of business which was 3.5 million dollars, and in 7 months I increased the entire business to 25 million dollars. My responsibilities including training, staffing, converting agents from Apollo to SABRE for ticketing, vendor relations, sales, marketing, training, corporate client presentations and negotiating with agents who were interested in joining Altour.I reported directly to the president of the company.

As Director of Sales and Operations, I did everything from negotiate airline and GDS contracts to lay the network. I was a full managing partner and brought this company from 8 million dollars in sales with a staff of 12 people, to 25 million dollars in sales with a staff of 32 people.I was present at all client presentations, approved all RFP's, was in charge of all technology, led the sales team, managed all employees and brought this company through a much needed name change from Travel Shack to TSG Travel International.
