The goal was to help businesses navigate Cyber Insurance Liability forms, ensuring compliance with regulations. I specifically crafted sections on "Policies, Procedures, and Standards" and "Physical and Technical Safeguards."Enhancing Cybersecurity Incident Response Through Tabletop Exercises:In my role as a cybersecurity analyst, I documented and analyzed two cyber incident tabletop exercises, covering scenarios like malware and phishing attacks. As an active observer, I closely monitored the team's responses and actively participated in post-exercise analysis. The resulting comprehensive report included exercise summaries, observations, recommendations, identified gaps, and actionable plans for improvement.Analysis of Cybersecurity Alerts:Assigned to analyze alerts in the Connectwise helpdesk system, I quantified and qualified different alert types through data analysis. I implemented rules triggering on specific alert types, built templates, and integrated user documentation in IT Glue.Microsoft Azure Experience:I acquired experience in Azure, creating custom alerts for atypical logins and configuring log ingestion in Office 365 for Todyl, a tool encompassing SASE, SIEM, EDR, and MXDR functions, monitoring systems for malware or hacking attacks.Other Systems Experience:I gained proficiency in NinjaOne RMM, Blackpoint Cyber (replaced by Todyl), Galactic Scan (Security Portal), and The Guard (HIPAA compliance app).
