Responsible for supporting changes to all of Charter Communication’s next generation video platforms including Spectrum Guide, Spectrum TV App and Mystro Back Office. Manage staff of 57 personnel, 27 full time staff and 30 contractors. Launched the Spectrum Guide application to the legacy TWC and legacy Brighthouse markets resulting adding over 500,000 customers to the platform within the first 6 months of the product’s launch. Accomplishments• Successfully launched Charter’s HTML Cloud based set-top box, Spectrum Guide over DOCSIS to over 18 million video customers nationwide including in Legacy Time Warner Cable, Legacy Brighthouse and Legacy Charter markets within 2 years of acquisition • Successfully deployed over 5,000 unique systems to support Spectrum Guide over DOCSIS deployment in 83 markets resulting in the install and install of over 600,000 customers on the platform within 6 months • Lead team accountable for making over 510 changes in the Spectrum Guide and IP Platforms with only 3 execution errors that resulted in an outage for our customers.

Lead a staff of 20 engineers and directly supervised 2 managers. • First in Time Warner to successfully implement ADSG (DOCSIS Set-Top Gateway) to 8 Motorola DAC sites. • Successfully migrated VOD services from legacy SeaChange and Arris VOD to Concurrent VOD.• First in Time Warner to implement settop monitoring through Motorola’s STDC and Time Warner’s Unified monitoring solution.

Manage the 24-hour by 7-day operation of three Internet service data centers and two remote server locations in Southern California and Hawaii consisting of 40 Windows NT and over 100 Sun Solaris Servers. Provide critical data center operations including provisioning interface system, Veritas File System and Volume Manager, DHCP (Dynamic Host Protocol Service), Domain Name Service (DNS), inbound and outbound mail systems, and Usenet News Service migrating to a SAN environment.
