Working on a team deliver logistics, transportation, and operations consulting, as well as change management to implement and follow through on deliverables.

I look for people who have a business idea I think can go somewhere, as well as a personality I can jive with for at least a few months. I then turn the idea into reality over the course of 4-8 months, defining processes, projecting revenue streams and levels, and building out marketing strategies. I then go about implementing all of this through my network of contacts and associates. Once the business hits a certain, pre-determined, level of efficiency, automation, and profitability, I turn the operations back over to the original owner of the idea, or to a management team I've assembled in conjunction with the original owner. Once operations are down to less than 10 hours a week from me, I move on to the next idea. I'm on company #6 currently, and finding some great success stories in the process.

The Enterprise Services Partner Group is responsible for providing a limited number of Symantec's consutling partners with technical enablement and business planning. My specific role was to build and manage these partner relationships as well as build value for the partner program overall and interface progress and needs with several internal arms of the organization.

Took over an organization that had suffered numerous setbacks in its history and was under consideration to be abandoned altogether. Building a capable leadership team, we successfully turned the organization from a failing value add for the school to a successful, independently funded, organization that extended its reach locally (on island) and internationally. - Rebuilt organization structure- Sustained over 700% growth for over a year- Managed 13 unique projects- Administrated more than 25 unique, culturally diverse teams- Developed processes and documentation to ensure sustainability

In a newly created department for the school I built a position that supported the department and the overall School of Computing. Expanding and growing the position to meet the demands of the department and eventually the position developed and matured into a work force of 1 full time manager and 6 student workers. Negotiating physical needs for the crew as well as fulfilling staffing requirements, I built and cared over a full featured technical infrastructure solution.

Assisted popular entrepreneur Stephen W. Gibson with teaching his entrepreneurship for non business majors course. Tasks included grading, tutoring, teaching, and assisting in various personal business matters. Sat on International Business Conference committee and held several areas of responsibility associated with hosting a conference of that magnitude.

Provided internal support for over a thousand restaurants. Areas addressed included network connectivity including managing frame relay escalations, software upgrade rollouts, troubleshooting software issues and building resolution on in house sandbox, and various deeper technical duties.

Provided support for internal offices opening and operating for the tax season. Also played supporting technical role in acquisition process of smaller companies. Finished tenure with H&R Block under Information Security group.
