The value clients receive is situational and different for each. I’m defining value as the difference between the current undesirable situation and the future desired situation. In general, that's what people pay for - to get from HERE (a situation they don't want to be in) to THERE (the exact situation they want to be in) in the fastest and easiest way possible.And, at the end of the day leaders have less stress and drama in the workplace, more time to do what they really want to do and, a better bottom line.
