Through 2016-2018 I led a project to automate the Mortgage Lending and Administration Return (MLAR) Reporting Process into the bank’s strategic Regulatory Reporting Solution: AxiomSL ControllerView. Via a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst role, I undertook the requirements gathering activity, and led the build and test of automated solutions across Edinburgh, London and Delhi, as well as showcasing AxiomSL's functionality at RBS Techstock events, which were designed to demonstrate tools and partnerships with other colleagues and vendors in the bank.In a bid to drive a more Agile focussed delivery model, I led the build and test through daily standup calls and uses KANBAN boards to drive the daily agenda.My previous project in RBS seen me deliver a new regulatory return to the FCA, which reports on the performance of CCA Regulated Products within the RBS Group. I worked closely with the Finance Technology team to translate FCA definitions to business requirements through to build and testing of the consolidation tool (AxiomSL).I have operated across a wide range of Change Management disciplines in this team, ranging from PMO, Business Analysis and Project Management. This allowed me to develop a wide range of skills that I have used to deliver outputs that have the customer’s interests in mind.

Worked on the FiRST Programme as a Business Analyst, gathering financial requirements and then in the Implementation Team, working with the Command & Control and Data Migration team, ensuring that the Implementation Schedule of Events was clearly defined as well as managing RAID and updating project plans.

As a Systems Analyst in the Systems and Strategy team, I was responsible for the maintenance and administration of the RBS General Ledger system, known as Walker GL.

Throughout this role I constantly monitored activity within the Scottish Premier League, researching a selection of teams and ensuring that all information found was accurately represented in the FIFA game franchise. This included transfer activity, club identification and ensuring that player and club lineups are as accurate as possible to create the most life like gaming experience possible.
