In my role of IBM Mobility Digital Sales I help clients achieve their Enterprise Mobility Strategy. Working together with my clients I enable organizations to unlock the value of their mobile devices, maximizing their usefulness & productivity of the devices while ensuring the highest levels of security. Worked as a software subscription and support renewals representative with the acquisitions team. IBM are constantly acquiring new companies and I work with the integration from the renewals of a customers Legacy entitlements with the acquired company into IBM systems and licensing. In this role, I am responsible reviewing the customers legacy contracts from the IBM acquired company, I created and distributed their S & S renewal quotations. Upon customers receiving their IBM quotation my role is to then liaise and negotiate with the customer on their renewal. In addition to my quoting and sales role I am also subject matter expert and focal point on my team for different acquisitions and processes in our team. As part of my role I collaborate with multiple teams and Management in other IMT's. As part of my individual responsibility I have been tasked as the focal point on our Renewals Management Tool in which some of my suggestions to Worldwide leaders have been implemented,
