STEM-Inno was founded December 2018 as a Public Benefit Corporation with the Charter to 'incubate career-readiness and entrepreneurship'. Founded and developed the DataSeer software solution which provided automated, rule driven Data Profiling and Data Analysis capabilities across heterogeneous RDBMS environments including Oracle, SQL Server and IBM DB2. Pivoted the software in mid-2000s to a service that interrogated SQL databases to create search engine friendly HTML for exposing deep web content. Focus on other business endeavors caused DataSeer to go dormant in late 2000s. Merged the dormant interest with Quantilicious of Manila, Philippines to form DataSeer in 2014. Remain an Advisor to DataSeer.

Architect, Design and Implement a Reference Data Management Model to serve Sales Territory Alignment needs to support state regulatory requirements. This is a rules driven workflow implemented via Oracle DB and extensible Data Access Layer. Utilized framework based on DataSeer technology. Allows for flexible mapping of files, integration of reference data, multiple hierarchy types (Ragged, Comingled, Alternate, etc.) and standard format output views.

Lead the creation of Enterprise Integration Group. Hired resources, Lead tool selection and negotiated with Vendors in conjunction with CFO for Integration and Workload Automation and Scheduling Software. Architected and Managed Development of 5 projects into the Data Integration Production Environment including Staging, EDW and Marts. Lead initiatives with two Vendors to improve file handling consistency, accuracy and completeness capabilities. Saved company over 1mm per year in costs. Recommendations and Implementations supported increase in revenue of ??mm (cannot disclose) per year. Architecture implemented compliant with Sarbanes Oxley and other regulatory requirements. Implemented BENTEK Energy Data Warehouse and designed research overlay to enrich data as defined by specialized industry knowledge.
