As a well established technical professional, I was amazed at how quickly she not only grasped the technical concepts after joining our team, but how driven and effective she was at coordinating and engaging leadership to aid in driving decisions. She quickly established proficiency with our BI tool on par with my own skill level and eventually took over primary support for our database upgrade project reporting effort. Additionally, she was instrumental in easing my own heavy workload by taking ownership of Oracle database 12c upgrades using established processes to help that project continue to progress and meet the goals of the organization. She also took a "Wiki" project (that I initially had ownership of) and learned/implemented it, so that database team collaboration around standards, technical operations and procedures could be improved. It is quite obvious that I exhibit a bias here, but that's how big of a deal she was not only to our team, but to me personally, as she eased the burden of an oftentimes heavy workload of my own. She represents the young generation of data/database professionals well, and would be a welcome asset to any organization seeking her contribution."
