Alane began her career in Group Insurance with Prudential large group insurance in San Francisco. From there she moved to RBH, which changed its name to MM&D and then AON. She worked in the large group department as a Client Services Representative then was promoted to Client Services Manager and managed the CSRs in both Palo Alto and Oakland. She also became the Western Region's compliance representative, assisting all AON large group health/welfare offices in CA with Compliance issues. In 1994, she joined Jerry Kleinberg in founding Kleinberg Benefits Inc. in San Jose as VP of Customer Service and Compliance Officer. At KBI she helped grow the business from 1994 to current.In 2001 the office grew and moved to its current location in Cupertino. In 2003, Jerry retired and Mike Radakovich became the new President. All the while, Alane wrote the monthly Newsletters, Compliance Alerts! and completed the 5500s. She also was a full-time benefits broker to her clients, and trainer for the staff. Alane was promoted to VP in 2014.Our main goal has always been maintaining integrity in what we do: dealing fairly and swiftly with knowledge and expertise in all matters to provide our employer clients with the best possible service - working to be an extension of our clients' HR staff.
