Children's Medical Center is private, not-for-profit, and is the seventh largest pediatric healthcare provider in the nation. Responsible for sterile processing, central equipment distribution and OR Materiels Management.

Responsible for bottom line P&L of 11 operating locations across the country. Led rollout of new warehouse management system that enabled company to increase productivity, accuracy and customer satisfaction. Formulated staffing levels, established production goals and forecast budgetary requirements. Focal point for customer relations. Worked with individual customers to develop Service Level Agreements and ensure customer expectations were met. Formulated training requirements. Represented the Operations Department on Data Security Steering Group, New Business Development Team and technology initiatives. Mentor to 7 Regional Managers and 36 Center Level Managers.
