As Chief Financial Officer, Alan is responsible for all financial affairs of Regent and assisting with guiding its growth.Alan joined Regent in April 2015 to assist Regent with its growth plan. Alan has focused on executive financial leadership over the last several years while a Partner with Tatum LLC and independently. He has served as financial leader of eleven venture or private equity funded firms in technology areas of software, electronics, biotechnology, and life sciences. These firms have varied from pre-revenue to over $200 million in annual revenue and have been both private and publicly owned. He has completed multiple sales of all or segments of clients and financings of equity, senior debt, and junior debt. Alan has served four software or IT consulting firms and has over seven years of experience working for these firms. Alan brings over twenty-five years of experience in finance, technology commercialization, and business development. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and a BA in Finance with an Accounting minor from the University of Illinois. He is a licensed CPA in Ohio.
