Responsible for the upkeep and improvement of house technology services

Implemented a Facebook Messenger Bot to record member study time in JavaScript with NLP processing capabilities through Wit.AI's API. Responsibilities included producing academic awareness among members by developing scholarship programs and meeting with members to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed academically.

Implemented and deployed the “Brand Analyzer” for the Scale Test Tools & Services team. The "Brand Analyzer"" is a data-collecting tool created to gain insight into customer service usage metrics and learn how customers scale under Qualtric's services. The data collection was made to be configurable via Consul's key/value service to allow the service to be modified while live. Also implemented and deployed a custom Docker Image for a Postgres database. Other technologies used include Golang, Vault, Jenkins, Nomad, Puppet/Hiera.

Collaborated over the course of ten weeks with a team of peers to design and implement a web application, "Roommate Finder". Specific "Roommate Finder" contributions included: Implemented a private messaging platform for registered users, and a feed displaying postings sorted by distance. Worked with Java, Javascript, HTML, and CSS, in addition to several Google Cloud Platform API's such as App Engine and Datastore. Engaged in industry best practices including contributing to existing open source software with the use of Git and Github, participating in distributed development, designing new components and interfaces and leading them to completion, and conducting code reviews with/for teammates

Managed monetary transactions. Also communicated withcustomers and handled their concerns.
