As a director of Complheat Heating I am looking to use both mine and my fellow director's knowledge and experience of the gas industry to grow the company.I believe in delivering a quality service and removing as much of the stress and leg work from the client as possible by being reliable, experienced and knowledgable. As a company we would like the opportunity to tender for any forthcoming projects that would benefit from the services of skilled gas engineers.Our experience in project management allows us to effectively and efficiently address any issues for you. We have managed social and domestic landlord contracts in excess of £1 million and pride ourselves on the levels of service we have provided. These have involved both day to day maintenance as well as capital works programmes. We always ensure that projects are delivered on budget, on time and to an exceptional standard. We have very quick response times to all tenders and are able to value engineer projects to maximise capital expenditure. We work with, and not for, clients and therefore understand the high levels of importance attached to excellent communication. We believe that one of the core strengths of our company is the ability to communicate effectively with all parties with whom we work, thus minimising wasted time and money.
