The Foundation has developed a digital model for residents (7 out of 10) who leave drug and alcohol facilities only to return within 30-60 days. Our program is tailored to each individual, and with the help of a unique team of professionals, participants dig deep to discover how and why they became addicted, what triggers addiction, how to manage the triggers, and how to resolve relationship, career, legal and financial problems that typically result from addicted living.
