Alan has extensive expertise in setting up aerospace, energy and marketing operations throughout Europe and is an advisor to a number of Investment Organisations and Government bodies and is a founder member of Oracles European Innovation Group.Following a degree in Economics majoring in European Integration Alan worked for Westland Aircraft where he was responsible for setting up the Commercial group to market helicopter and technology products throughout the Americas, Europe and West Africa. Following on from secondment to ITMF as Chief Economist in Zurich he worked for a number of Stockbroking organisations in London..In 1989 following an MSc he joined Oracle Corp to develop the fledgling European ERP Group . Three years on he was founder of the European Applications company SA with multi-national clients throughout Europe. This spawned a number of support companies and in 1999 following investment from Jersey based investment company Somerston Bloomfield-Quad was incubating more than a dozen companies with a market valuation of over half a billion euros. Highlights were co-founder Ben Way winning young Entrepreneur of Year , RBS Fast Growth company 2000.Alan has a great interest in European and International development and currently advises a number of Government and commercial organisations in Europe, Korea and China.In 2004 following on from working with Oracle setting up the Innovation Forum he founded futureEurope to develop commercial pan European, Mid East and Asian opportunities.He is currently setting up number of offices in Middle_East and Asia to assist aviation and security companies in Europe develop markets .
