Responsible for pre-enrollment activities when companies are integrating Aflac Group Insurance products into their employee benefits offering. I coordinate efforts between the end client, their payroll/benefit administration system, and internal consituents (e.g., systems analysts, marketing, operations, and compliance).

Managed the receipt, validation, and payment of invoices from over 130 subcustodian banks (vendors). In addition, I established and managed the firm’s client invoice distribution process, with the objective of zero data privacy breaches, a record sustained during my management of the function. In addition, I lobbied for automation and enhanced invoicing that would improve the client experience by offering on-demand access and customization.

Managed all aspects of the relationships of the subcustodian banks used in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), and the sub-Asia continent (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Mauritius), including negotiation of fees and service levels.
