I am currently a junior researcher in the area of condensed matter, where I aim to study magnetic materials in order to use them in magnetic refrigeration. Thus, from a theoretical point of view, i aim to describe the GdNi4Al compound through the exchange interaction from the mean field approximation and the Zeeman interaction, from which i use numerical calculations in Python language to obtain quantities of interest such as magnetization, entropy and specific heat in order to compare them with experimental results. I intend to continue in the area working in theoretical physics with more complex approaches (such as the insertion of new interactions) and I also want to gain experience in the experimental area, which aims from the creation of the material to carrying out measurements of properties about the material.Previously, I carried out another project that aimed to model an analog of the dynamical Casimir effect (which resides in quantum field theory) in the context of quantum mechanics, where it aimed to reproduce the effect of creating pairs of particles from quantum harmonics oscilators with variable frequency. In the education area, I worked as a teacher assistent of calculus I at UERJ, where I offered tutoring and extra material to students and technical support to teachers. Also in the same area, I was part of an extracurricular project in which the objective was to "translate" the results of the tests of the Brazilian Physics Olympiad into a language closer to the student.I am also constantly looking to expand my knowledge, which is reflected in my current interest in the areas of data science and data analysis. So, I currently take courses on the topics and do related projects in addition to looking for opportunities in the area to gain experience.GitHub: https://github.com/alanfdsa
