I am a Production Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and experience in the private sector, specifically in the energy industry, working on hydroelectric power plant projects both in Brazil and abroad. My professional journey has been marked by the management of complex projects, focusing on planning and, more recently, supporting the development of claims—critical areas for ensuring the success of projects in a challenging market that faces constant pressure to reduce schedules and costs.These factors often lead to contractual claims which, if not promptly resolved, can escalate into disputes, increasing costs and straining relationships. Drawing from my experience, I have been conducting research to contribute to the development of claims management practices, aiming to minimize financial and operational impacts.I have expertise in project management best practices (my references include PMBOK, AACE, and the SCL Protocol), knowledge and application of delay analysis techniques in schedules, as well as experience in manufacturing processes, electromechanical equipment processes, and technical drawing interpretation. Additionally, I am proficient in tools such as SAP, Office 365, and Power BI.
