Energetic, willingness to learn, show kindness towards othersWith my 3 years of experience up to this point with the San Diego Padres as a Guest Service Representative and Event Crew, I’ve been able to partake in the experience of the time and effort that goes into every baseball and non-baseball event. Setting up and breaking down events, help prep and partake in giveaways and theme game items, helping with ticketing issues, and much more. I’ve been able to put to practice a few skills to note such as time management, Communication, problem solving, guest relations, and much more. Aside from work, I’m currently a junior attending SDSU who’s been able to get on the dean’s list for most of my time in college. Im currently in a club at school called Sport Business Initiative (SBI) which has opened my eyes to realizing the multiple pathways that there is in the sports world. I spend most of my time with family and friends while also playing basketball for a minimum of 2 or 3 hours every day when I can. As well as help with my family rental business called Flores Rentals where we rent out chairs and tables.As I’m currently with the San Diego Padres working as Event Crew, I strive to continue my journey in the sports world. For my career goals, I strive to one day become the Vice President of Communication and Marketing for an NBA franchise while also along my journey improving my networking skills.
