I have over 30 years of engineering, design and technical sales experience in the following business sectors:Oil, Gas & Marine, Nuclear Energy, Renewable Energy, Telecoms, Rail Networks and General UtilitiesI have worked on some of the largest, most expensive oil & gas projects in the world, which include Sakhalin Island, Thunder Horse, Mad Dog, Shell Stones, Hebron, etc.Some personal achievements and Accomplishments are :- Inventor of 4 patents for engineering design and innovation for hazardous area glands and cables.- Author of a white paper on the engineering and commercial benefits of deep earthing/grounding systems over and above shallow earthing/grounding techniques, saving installation time and costs by over 50%.- Developed a training program for an IEC certified crimping system to guarantee installation safety whilst enhancing electrical and mechanical performance.- Designed and implemented a cabling solution to replace conduit and wire systems to comply with IEC Ex requirements for the Australian market, thus guaranteeing safety and performance.- Designed and developed lighting systems to switch from HPS lighting systems to LED systems on land rigs.
