𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿I designed and conducted the development of "Persona Moral" flow, which supports companies in Finloop to operate and taking advantage of their legal representatives who have to authorize credit operations for their companies through signing credit requests.Designing this flow I encountered UX challenges:- User interviews- Researching (legal, administrative, and technical parts)- User interface design using Adobe XD- Mobile design patternsAdditionally, I work hand-in-hand with the development team to reach technical opportunities.During the development flow process, I was iterating the design with legal, admin, and customer service parts, reaching user and company needs. I was really excited talking with stakeholders, users and collaborators to enhance and refine prototype. Furthermore, this was my first real-life UX challenge during my UX learning.𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Android and iOS teams.- Ensure cybersecurity standards for financial systems on mobile using OWASP Mobile Top 10 - Review code, architecture, and design to ensure high-quality solutions.- Guide the team in making sound technical decisions.- Stay up-to-date with mobile development trends and best practices.- Assign tasks and responsibilities based on team members' strengths and skills.- Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and address any performance issues.- App Store and Play Store app publishing, management and follow, stay up-to-date guidelines and policies. Additionally experience resolving app rejections and know-how with finance guidelines.

𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Led the migration of our application's architecture from the traditional MVP (Model-View-Presenter) to the modern and more robust MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) pattern. This transformation streamlined our codebase, improved testability, and laid the foundation for future enhancements.𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Led the development of a modular project structure using Gradle artifacts. This enhanced our development workflow, promoted code reusability, and empowered our team to work on different modules concurrently, resulting in increased efficiency and faster development cycles.𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Implemented an additional security layer by leveraging the Biometrics API, fortifying our application's authentication process. This proactive step not only bolstered security but also ensured a seamless and user-friendly experience.

During my position there I implemented and taught to the mobile team to introduce Kotlin as a first language code and the new API's and features that this language can provide.Additionally I got involved in new e-commerce app since design until development processand I was self-studying UX Design to improve the design process at the company.
