• Creating, delivering and enhancing a Real Estate Research service that supports UK property mandates across Open-ended, Closed and Segregated funds• Produce a detailed quarterly update on the latest trends in asset pricing, economic events and UK property markets incorporating a range of key market forecasts. • Present Research view and strategic implications of acquisitions and disposals as a voting member of Investment Committee• Work with fund and asset managers to integrate the ‘House’ Research view into strategic planning at portfolio and asset level• Create a range of outputs including presentation slides, investor papers and press articles • Creation and development of ‘model’ portfolio tool which defines appropriate benchmark weightings for maximising expected (risk adjusted) performance• Investigate markets at early stages for proposed acquisitions• Calculate and present a number of performance measurement metrics to principal clients • Develop and administer a number of risk measures for assisting in AIFMD compliance• Detailed analysis and pricing of ‘indirect’ property vehicles and evaluation of synthetic proxies• Deliver a range of presentations to existing and prospective investors• Managing and reviewing the performance of Research team• Manage relationships with a number of key suppliers for both Research and wider business • Creation of bespoke Research databases for portfolio and asset level analysis• Business planning with senior figures to define and implement research programme• Regular participant at industry events, IPF, IPD & SPR

• Responsible for delivering forecasts of property measures across European markets• Manage the modelling and dissemination of forecasts including various risk scenarios.• Construct and deliver ‘house view’ presentations across a wide range of markets• Managing and reviewing the performance of the EMEA forecasting team and admin staff• Manage and develop relationship with external econometric modelling provider• Deliver a range of strategic reports and analysis for a range of investment clients • Internal and external presentations on market movements and dynamics• Design & construct specific client reporting tools, including occupational cost databases.• Close relationships and input into Valuations and Derivatives teams
