CleanBay is a resource recovery project developer and operator, founded in 2013 with the aim of bringing solutions to the poultry industry. Turning residues into revenue is the outlook which has brought exciting developments to fruition. The CleanBay projects under development today are resource recovery orientated by utilising poultry litter waste and extracting energy and nutrients. These products are used again in the locality from which they are sourced. Energy is produced in the form of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), electricity and heat, while nutrients are recovered in the shape of a NPK rich granular fertilizer ready for safe application in crop production, horticulture, lawn care and garden use.My duties and responsibilities include all company operational activity from corporate through to projects and process. Sourcing technology and operations suppliers, negotiating supply and service contracts, implementing operational processes, monitoring and managing performance, ongoing appraisal and reporting on all O&M activity. Aiding in new technology sourcing and appraisal. Supporting new project development with the business development team. Feedstock supplier sourcing, logistics, negotiating supply contracts, managing ongoing performance. Supporting and complementing finance efforts at both top-co and project finance level. General company operating responsibilities including organizing management structures, company reporting, decision making, part taking in long term strategic direction, cash flow management, marketing and branding.
