• Working in a team of two providing an expert service desk for all Thera Trust ICT requirements• Administration and support of Active Directory, Exchange and Citrix environments• Administration of the security environment, which include Websense Web Security, Signify SecurID authentication and Symantec antivirus• Support of Windows XP, Vista and 7 including office applications such as MS-Office, Outlook, Adobe, Sage and Barclays Business Master.• New software builds of desktop and laptop systems for new and existing users• Performing regular reviews of the desktop and laptop standard operating environment• Support of remote connectivity technologies including Windows Mobile devices, 3G USB dongles and Citrix• Administration of the equipment asset register• The hardware equipment supported at Thera Trust includes HP Compaq desktops, HP Compaq Laptops, O2 and Vodafone handheld devices and Hewlett Packard printers
