Recently appointed as Estate Manager to the Chaldean Estate near Bishops Stortford. Previously worked as Estate Manager for Sundorne Castle Estate in Shropshire and before that Chief Executive and Resident Land Agent to the Ragley Estate.Ragley operated in various business sectors, property, farming and forestry, food, events, tourism/hospitality giving me wide experience in these areas. In addition I have significant understanding of family ownership and trusts. As the business has diversified I have firsthand experience of large outdoor events, such as the Game Fair, concerts, Festivals, event planning and safety.As any business it is a continued cycle of assessing, agreeing, implementing change, reviewing performance, considering new options now and in the future.
