I build and lead marketing teams that are driven by data, and have done this successfully in multiple industries, in both PLCs and high-growth, private equity-backed businesses. I drive growth and efficiency, using evidence and analytics.From joining MoneySuperMarket’s fledgling marketing team of two, I went on to build and lead a team of forty digital marketing experts. Phones 4u introduced me to the world of retail marketing before I moved to the UK’s leading online travel agent, On the Beach. Here, I embedded a data-driven approach to a £50m marketing budget, driving significant growth and building towards the successful IPO process. Six years on, I joined CurrentBody as CMO, bringing together a disparate team and quadrupling own-brand sales. From CurrentBody, I sidestepped into the education space at Findel, helping a very traditional business transform into a digital leader.I'm now back in the travel sector, using everything I've learned over 20 years to turbocharge growth for Destination2 and our other brands at TravCorp Holdings.
