• Met a key strategic supply chain goal for Dell through project management of the design, implementation, and rollout of the functional application of air & ocean delivery solutions into Africa (via Djibouti) from Asia.• Drove an implementation for the transportation of Dell-manufactured equipment from China into the African markets of Ethiopia and Kenya; this involved all customs set up, bonded warehousing, logistics, cargo transportation, security and insurance.
