I'm an organisation consultant and coach helping leaders and teams navigate complex, transformational change.My work is solidly grounded in up-to-date Change Theory, Organisational Development, and Systemic Team Coaching approaches and supported by a close network of associates and colleagues who are experts in complementary fields of Organisational Design and Leadership Development.Together, we take a partnership approach to helping our clients achieve complex change and develop leadership strength en route. We work skilfully with the individual, interpersonal, team and organisational challenges of change in ways that generate energy and optimism to deliver sustainable outcomes that matter.
