CTI Administrator Role (March 2003 – December 2005)•Participated in the design, development, and deployment of CRM telephone and email interaction routing applications to 3 remote call centers located in Oregon, Europe, and Japan.•Manage deployment of new programs, enhancements, and bug fixes. Create and execute test plans and develop documentation required for weekly change control meetings. Document business justification for changes and back out plans, create Visio architectural diagrams, coordinate and communicate deployments with management and other technical resources and user community (managers and switch administrators at call center service providers).•Respond to loss of service incidents when contacted by network operations.
