CurrentResponsibility for the successful end to end delivery of the following business critical projects:• Network Replacement Programme – full end to end delivery from supplier tendering/procurement activity, all contractual elements, technical design, to successful implementation and rollout of a SDWAN hybrid environment across all Scania and independent dealer and service sites across the UK, providing new WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi and IP telephony services• ITSM Service Desk Refresh – supplier selection, design, delivery and implementation of a new IT Service Desk management tool (Ivanti) to manage all Scania key ITIL processes. • Citrix Managed Service – End to end management of the transition to a newly selected Citrix managed service partner. This involved a competitive tender activity and all contractual activities prior to managing the successful introduction of the new service provider, while ensuring minimal business impact/risk during the decoupling of existing support services• Mobile Telecommunications Service Replacement – Management of all activities to select and transition to a new mobile service provider for all Scania users within the UK. Involving a competitive tendering activity, contractual negotiations through to all aspects of the migration/transition from the outgoing provider to new service partner
