Current- Responsibility for the successful end to end delivery of the following business critical projects:
- Network Replacement Programme – full end to end delivery from supplier tendering/procurement activity, all contractual elements, technical design, to successful implementation and rollout of a SDWAN hybrid environment.
- ITSM Service Desk Refresh – supplier selection, design, delivery and implementation of a new IT Service Desk management tool (Ivanti) to manage all Scania key ITIL processes.
- Citrix Managed Service – End to end management of the transition to a newly selected Citrix managed service partner. This involved a competitive tender activity and all contractual activities prior to managing the.
- Mobile Telecommunications Service Replacement – Management of all activities to select and transition to a new mobile service provider for all Scania users within the UK. Involving a competitive tendering activity.
