Successfully served as the Lead Enterprise Network Architect for the global infrastructure organization, which was highlighted by serving as the infrastructure lead for the Openstack Private Cloud Infrastructure project. ► Guided the adoption of automatic IP address assignments for both the server and desktop provisioning process project. ► Achieved an $8M add-on bonus for developing the rapid re-hosting of new applications from Bank of America as the project leader. ► Directed cross-functional team in assessing the enterprise-wide DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure, which resulted in application development growth and increased return on investment.► Recognized with an Individual Contributor award known as the “Center Stage Award”

Effectively led the alignment of strategy, while streamlining desktop voice, data, and firewall personnel within the global corporate IT department. Served as a founding member of the corporate Architecture Review Board, as well as the Information Technology Governance Board. Played an integral role in establishing a global team consisting of 43 voice, data, and network security support professionals. ► Achieved more than 99.95% availability on the corporate network infrastructure by managing the architecture for the elimination of single point of failures within the Engineering team. ► Spearheaded joint team of Cisco advance services, contracted resources, and in-house professionals to relocate 18-building campus in Palo Alto from a legacy layer 2-flat network model MAN to a strategic layer 3-fault domain MAN.► Leveraged Private MPLS and VRF/VCP methodologies to create a protocol for future business drivers.

Collaborated with members of the senior management team to form an international team of more than 75 Network and Telecomm Engineering professionals. Introduced and implemented a strategy, which united the network and telecommunication personnel throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Canada, and the Asian-Pacific regions. Responsible for both the Network Architecture and Strategy team, and Core Network Engineered team charged with company’s Internet infrastructure. ► Oversaw the conversion of PBX from Ericson to Avaya VoIP for 2000–person campus with the UK call center of 700 CSRs. ► Architect, tested & implemented migration network to consolidate the United Kingdom Data Center into the Frankfurt, Germany Data Center resulting in savings of over $3M. ► Consolidated the United Kingdom Data Center into the Frankfurt, Germany Data Center, which directly led to $3M in cost savings.► Yielded savings of $200k year-over-year by creating an international MPLS network to provided any-to-any connectivity across 23 countries.► Reduced costs by $3M, which represented 25% savings, through the elimination of circuits and negotiation with local carriers, global carriers, and hardware vendors throughout Asia, Europe, and Latin America. ► Recognized with 14 team awards, 5 individual contributor awards, and the Employee of the Quarter award.

Technical consultant for short-term contract on network design, implementation and configuration.

► Led the restructuring of desktop and wide area networking services for the Defense Investigative Service Contract Office in 38 states of our union. ► Spearheaded the conversion from SNA printing services for the General Services Administration on to the advanced TCP/IP printing services on the US Government’s asset IBM mainframes.► Collaborated in the establishment of the first World Wide Web presence for the National Performance Review during the Clinton and Gore Administration in the White House.► Recognized with 4 team awards, 2 individual contributor awards, and the Employee of the Year award.
