Contributed research, brainstorming, writing, and editing to the Camden County Travel Management Coordination Center project, a project to improve the delivery of community transportation services through a comprehensive, technology-driven brokerage model. Project deliverables included the Concept of Operations, High Level System Design, System Evaluation, and other reports. Project was one of two nationwide selected for Federal implementation funding. Additionally, contributed to system deliverables of the Homeland Security Urban Area Security Initiative Evacuation Planning Study, to organize and establish evacuation processes in New Jersey.

Developed numerous elements of the Woodbridge, New Jersey Comprehensive Plan in a consultant role to the community. Included site visits, research, problem solving, technical writing, and presentations to the client. Other tasks included involvement in site plan review process alongside experienced staff.

Operated the annual traffic-counting program, including a supervisory role over three seasonal employees, orchestrating traffic counting at over 300 locations throughout Cape Cod. Co-authored the Public Participation Plan, expanding the former plan into a progressive model of aggressive outreach with fiscal discipline. Further utilized technical writing skills through contributions to the 2007 Regional Transportation Plan and 2006 Traffic Counting Report.

Served as the primary author to the Comprehensive Regional Policy Plan, focusing efforts to smart growth methodologies. Worked alongside staff to develop the Socio-Economic Analysis of Commuter Rail station siting, conduct peer reviews of technical documents, MPO certification, MPO meetings, the Public Participation Program, and information gathering for Homeland Security Vulnerable Population Study.

Developed numerous technical planning documents for a number of communities, in a consultant role, including a zoning ordinance, subdivision regulation ordinance, floodplain management ordinance, annexation study, and community survey for a CDBG project. Included research, technical writing, and presentations to client communities.

Conducted a thorough update and mapping of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities database as well as the Downtown Des Moines Skywalk System and a number of other projects, using ArcGIS. Presented projects to the Des Moines Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Board and subcommittee for comment and approval. Utilized technical writing through contribution to the 2004 Long-Range Transportation Plan.
