It is also the largest franchisee for the Domino's Pizza brand in the world. Domino's holds the exclusive master franchise rights for the Domino's brand and network in Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Japan and Germany.In the role of Project Manager in the User Experience domain, I manage a cross functional development team delivering multiple projects simultaneously. I am responsible for seeing a project through from conception to Production. This includes running inception sessions and workshops, project estimation, budgeting and forecasting, resource planning and release management.Key Achievements:* Delivered the Domino’s Augmented Reality Pizza Chef app for Android and iOS ahead of schedule, allowing the business to take advantage of additional PR opportunities. Page Load Time reduce by 20% and Returning Visitor Page Load Time reduce by 27%. Conversion when the public website was the point of entry increased by 5%. Domino’s public websites are CMS driven, this added complexity and required that a balance be negotiated between design and features with ease of use and maintainability.

Acting as a dual Business Analyst and Iteration Manager in the Digital Development Team, l managed and delivered projects for multiple countries in the DPE group including Australia, New Zealand, The Netherlands and Japan. I managed the continuous delivery of all work into production and was the champion and facilitator of the team’s Agile ceremonies. Twice I led a tiger team to Japan to support development and facilitate the go live of a major project, I also managed the development efforts of an offshore team based in the Philippines. In addition to Business Analyst and Iteration Manager, I stepped into the role of Project Manager where required. CoreLogic RP Data is the largest provider of property information, analytics and risk management services in Australia and New Zealand. Customers include buyers, sellers, investors, finance and real estate professionals, and corporate and government bodies - including the Reserve Bank of Australia.As the Senior Business Analyst in the Data Product Team, I facilitated and managed the delivery of data for internal application and external clients. This included the building of design specifications for data feeds and API integrations; and the requirements gathering, scheduling and prioritisation of data product requests (extracts, reports and models). I worked closely with Product Managers to develop both product pricing structures and new data product offerings.Key Achievements: * Developed and rolled out the first formalised, end to end tracking and delivery process for data product requests. The new Product Pre Sales queue streamlined the request process and provided the Sales Team with a single point of contact for data products enquiries, the result was a 200% increase in requests. * CoreLogic Technical Lead for Westpac, involved in the design specification, development and successful release of the Westpac Wonder application. Wotif Group operates leading online travel brands in the Asia Pacific region: Wotif.com, lastminute.com.au, travel.com.au, Asia Web Direct, LateStays.com, GoDo.com.au and Arnold Travel Technology.As a Business Analyst for the accommodation platform I was responsible for the inventory management and search and booking facilities for the Wotif.com website. Key Achievements: * Delivered the Inventory Distribution API and Cancellation API projects ahead of scheduled, at the time were the only Wotif Group projects to be self organised/driven and to have no Project Manager assigned.* Delivered Cancellation API MVP, allowing Wotif Group bookings to be cancelled via API for the first time in its history. The API had the potential to replace the costly manual process and enables increased external integration opportunities to the business. * Produced the Wotif Group’s first online API documentation in reStructuredText using Sphinx Documentation Generator. Documentation is now easy to manage, update and keep consistent.

Vendasta Technologies is a leading provider of Online Reputation Management, mobile presence, and social marketing tools for IYP companies, newspaper groups, interactive agencies, CMRs, digital agencies, and national brands. Vendasta uses Agile methods in system development and project management and develops all of its core solutions over Google App Engine. In the role of Strategic Business Development I was responsible for integrating and on boarding new clients, this included pre sales activities (C-level presentations, contract negotiations) as well as post sale technical integrations (API support, in-market sales/integration training). AllViso Solutions Ltd. develops and provides media and information distribution platforms and creates management tools that allow Small to Enterprise Business, Government Agencies, and Health Care Facilities to cost-effectively communicate with digital signage and mobile devices. As the Partner Services Manager my role was to ensure that clients were able to fully utilise the software and integrated the platform and the resulting processes successfully. This included managing a backlog of defects and feature enhancements for prioritization with the development team. The Travelodge Saskatoon is a multi award winning hotel and conference centre and the largest Travelodge in Western Canada. Tourism Saskatoon is the Destination Marketing Organisation for the city of Saskatoon and surrounding communities. The role was a three-month contract to assist in implementing online accommodation bookings via the Tourism Saskatoon website. My responsibilities included liaising with the development team and assisted in developing the design and analysing the information flow of the online booking agent for the Tourism Saskatoon website. I developed operational policies and procedures in regard to the usage of the booking agent and related online components of the site.
