As a Technology Strategist within the Healthcare account team, my role involves working with technology leaders and project teams to understand where and how to use technology to achieve organisational objectives aligned to the industry.

In my role, I work with technical CxOs to realize the business value of their investments in Microsoft technologies and to identify areas where our solutions may help realize strategic outcomes for organizations.

Translated business planning activities and initiatives into operational realities. This involved providing data insights to our sales teams and augmenting the capabilities of our internal CRM process. This team served to faciliate two-way communication of data flows between sales and corporate strategy with quantiative and qualitative inputs.

As a partner manager and device evangelist, my goal was to drive a strong working relationship with distributors and mind share for devices from key Microsoft partners (HP, Dell, Lenovo) across the SMB and consumer channel of our business. To this end, I provided market insights to our distributors to help evaluate their own competitiveness, and performed a procurement function with them to enable device evangelism activities (showcases, demos, and presentations) at industry events. Was proud to have worked closely with our analyst to create a data visualization tool that painted a holistic view of the supply chain from distributor to end-customers.

Board Advisor to MaiMoney, a Fintech application that seeks to create pathways to building wealth while also making a positive impact on the world we live in. MaiMoney does this by presenting unique investment opportunities to people.I advise the Board and leadership team at MaiMoney on product direction, go-to-market, and technology decisions to help MaiMoney help everyday people invest in themselves and in a better Vietnam.

The UNSW Business Society is a student-run representative body for all UNSW students studying a business-related degree, it now serves a member base that has now grown to over 10 000 students since its formation in 1988. The society is focused on being the platform to inspire, engage, and empower students to develop themselves personally and professionally.As President, I led a team of six executives with an extended team of 18 directors and 70 organizing committee members to deliver events and initiatives across the society. In this year I was proud that we were able to deliver 74 events to over 2000 students, developed a textbook financial assistance program, continued major philanthropic events (City2Surf, LiveBelowTheLine), and a six-week mentoring program for 600 students. This year, we made one of the largest organizational structure changes in the society's history - expanding the amount of business units (and leadership personnel). Our impetus was to convert awareness to engagement through broadening our offerings to a diverse cohort of 10 000 student interests.

As the Marketing Director we revised our brand image, and optimised our content development processes. This was faciliated through: • A redesign of the processes within the portfolio to boost efficiency and consistency with productivity tools • Coordination of an increase in the selling of the UNSW Business Society’s merchandise• Successful management of a team of nine to promote events for the UNSW Business Society• Utilisation of multiple marketing channels that aimed for synergy as opposed to repetition
