I have two ridiculously fun jobs! I am a Changeologist and Founder of The Trampoline Group. We are on a mission to make work a great way to spend half your life. In pursuit of that mission, we build the Emotional Intelligence of leaders, helping them navigate ambiguity and change and build resilient, capable, flexible teams. We offer world-class training workshops delivered by a team of over 50 professionals in a confidential, social, and creative environment full of laughter and play, away from the workplace.
