General Manager – Milk CollectionI led the team responsible for on farm storage and transport of all milk products from farm to plant and transfer between plants. My team consisted of 1500 employees, leveraging $300 million in assets including 480 trucks and 12000 chilled vats and annual operating budget of $350 million. Key achievements included significant improvement in safety performance, shareholder satisfaction and workplace culture.

I led the National Group Load Co-ordination function which provides logistics services to a customer base of 150,000 in Australia and New Zealand to optimise $75 million in annual expenditure of $75M and deliver superior customer service outcomes. The function services over 10,000 customer orders per day utilising 500 core vehicles and up to 1000 during peaks. The role included responsibility for the review, justification, development and implementation of all future logistics technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGV).Key achievements during this time included the centralisation of logistics optimisation across Australia/New Zealand and the successful implementation of WMS in key locations
