After 11 good years as Managing Director of HML Andertons ( Now HML PM Ltd )in April 2016 I changed roles and became consultant dealing in residential property management projects remaining as a director. This is enabling me to use the 40 years experience in the property management industry but not to run the business on a day to day basis, which is now in the good hands of Alec Guthrie.From the 40 years of experience in residential property management gaining valuable insight into all core roles from practical to managerial enabling strong organic growth that are now being applied to guide and resolve interesting projects .Specialties: Through a practical approach to manage the larger multi sector and high tech schemes through RMC involvement, Right to Manage and Receiver Manager appointments from properties of 5 to 500 units.
