CurrentKey responsibilities include Training and Development of new and current Team Members, supporting management with target production and quality control and promoting a safety-first mindset through leading by example, Take Action activities, weekly process audits and monthly Health and Safety lunch's.Responsible for the training and certification of mobile equipment operators from 2016-2019. In 2019 I moved departments and am now responsible for the training and development of line workers. Duties during mobile equipment training included safety awareness, start up and shut down procedures, safe handling and emergency situation response. Duties of current training and development include safety awareness, fundamental skill development, abnormality awareness and procedure and trouble shooting.Lead and presented on a cost savings project that resulted in an annual savings of $25,000 in material usage. Involved Team Members in locating potential material reduction, reviewed and forwarded appropriate adjustments to responsible party, documented before and after results and compiled findings to determine savings. After this project was complete, I lead a small group in a presentation to management breaking down and showcasing the work that had been achieved.
