• Primary role to maintain and optimise all production and associated equipment including:1) Pick & place robots, Sterilizers, Ovens, Moulding machines, IPC - PLC controlled electro–pneumatic - cam driven assembly lines, conveying systems, Domino inkjet printers, laser etch markers, NC robot handling equipment fluid dispense systems. FAT, IQ, OQ execution.2) Visions systems – OCV, barcode decoding 1D & 2D.• Developed and implemented maintenance, engineering, process and operational improvements• Seconded (project engineer 2005 – 2007):1) Worked with a highly motivated team to deliver new automated cartoning machines. 4 new machines each 6 month projects.2) Responsible for identifying equipment improvements and implementation, FAT, IQ, OQ execution, Install & Commissioning, Maintenance procedures.3) Trained technical staff from the UK & coached operations staff, 4) Worked at vendor site building new machines then installed IQ and validated OQ on site.
