Hi I'm Alan AKA That NLP BlokeI'm definitely not everyone's cup of tea- to do that I'd have to be a mugWhat I have learned over the past 40 years in the workplace is about people and how they actually tickMy work life started when everything was in black and white in 1985, as a student registered general nurse- and after many years of working in public, third and private sector organistions, I could see very clearly where things didn't work when it came to people stuffMy own personal development started in my early 20's, after my own mental health problems. As a mental health nurse, I knew medication was not very successful, and if I didn't want to be vulnerable to the mood problems going forward, I needed to learn about how I tick, and how other people are different to me.Off I went learning many things- counselling, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, healing, acupuncture.
