Responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of day to day business operations; Including sales, customer support, technical support, billing, and staff management. Provide digital marketing services for multiple clients throughout Chicago and Northwest Indiana area.

Ensure ongoing network connectivity, hardware and software support for multiple satellite offices, while working with Champion Physicians, clinical application staff and office managers for smooth delivery of clinical IT support services. Manage and maintain all clinical applications and associated hardware while working with other support teams to deliver timely solutions. Lead Technical Project Manager for Electronic Health Record initiative. Responsible for managing team members, developing project timelines and conducting weekly status meeting with senior management.

Provide level 1 and 2 support for staff throughout the NMH campus. Assigned to support executive management on and off campus with non-standard equipment and emerging technologies. Provide help desk support for NMH and its affiliates while troubleshooting support calls and assigning support tickets to team members. Also responsible for network security, including antivirus implementation and enforcing end-user policies. Member of NMH Intranet Advisory Board responsible for assisting developers and designers with implementing best practices and conducting usability studies.

Responsible for onsite training of Chicago Public School staff throughout several districts. Lead support specialist responsible for help desk and field support. Also responsible for maintaining office computing environment and developing web solutions for growing client base.
