I established and developed start up business providing specialist Logistics services throughout the South West & South Wales to the hi tech service and the secure delivery markets, key contracts were established with Bybox and HaysDXOver a period of three years we grew the business into a £3.0m business employing 50 drivers and staff on multi-drop deliveries and collections throughout the South West and South Wales, I gained a lot of valuable broader business experience in the process of developing and running a start-up business.

I was responsible for the management of a European Service Logistics business, covering over 60 sites through Europe, providing service logistics and field engineering solutions for the high tech industries of IT, Telecoms, Printing and Photocopying and MedicalBy developing the original logistics business, to be capable of providing inventory, technical and project management capabilities, I helped both grow the business fourfold over a period of 5 years, which was then sold to a multi-national and helped manage the transition from an owner managed business to part of a Global PLC.

I was responsible for the Logistics, inventory management and technical services for a £30 million Materials management company who provide procurement and logistics solutions to key telecoms companies such as BT, NTL, and Telewest.Key achievement during this period was the relocation to a new warehouse site to accommodate continued growth and in the development of the team and a range of new technical services and solutions to help drive the future growth
