We were on the radio, toured the world and worked with grammy award winning producers. With amazing talent we still managed to fall short of our goals. I blamed the other band members. Turns out I was the problem. I was inspired after reading "Five Dysfunctions of A Team". With self reflection, humility and research, I then deconstructed the conditions and behaviors that derailed us and became obsessed with creating something that would keep other "bands" or teams from derailing.
