My tenure at Purdue University DIAL Ventures as an Innovation Fellow involved consulting with industry leaders to develop innovative solutions for food safety, supply chain shortages, and environmental impact—experiences that directly contributed to the foundation of Nuel.I have also held key roles in marketing and traceability, notably implementing a blockchain-enabled traceability system in the beef supply chain at Meatshelf, LLC.
