Direct Management of Group Sales effort. Personally responsible for the Wholesaler and Transient sales effort, as well as the Marketing planning and efforts for a collection eleven of condominium and hotel properties under the umbrella of Destination Residences Snowmass. Duties included strategic planning of PPC and SEO efforts, direct maintenance of website content, e-mail marketing effort. In addition, responsibilities included rolling out of Destination Hotels new Brand for our collection. Also guided our executive team in effective social media management and guest response effort through third party channels. Worked closely with our Revenue Director to ensure consistent messaging supporting rate decisions.

While still keeping a hand in direct group sales, my role was to oversee the performance and operations of the Group and Transient Sales Managers. In addition, I was responsible for the hotel Public Relations output and our other print and online advertising - and promotional - efforts. I also directly influenced and assisted in the hotel revenue management.
